Terms of service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Social Relay is provided by Clever Dog Design in Queensland, Australia. By using it you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
Your account
You need permission to manage every website and social account you connect. Keep your password to yourself; anything approved through your account is treated as approved by you. An account covers one login — if you need more people, email us and we will sort it out.
What you publish
What you write stays yours. You are responsible for it being accurate and lawful and for not using someone else’s work without permission. Your posts must also satisfy the rules of wherever they are going — WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram each have their own, and those platforms make the final decision about what appears on them.
Paying for it
Social Relay costs AU$149 a year, including GST, after a 14-day free trial. If you are outside Australia you are charged the equivalent in your own currency, and the exact amount is shown to you before you pay. Card details are collected when the trial starts and nothing is charged before the trial ends — cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. After that it renews each year until you cancel, and we will email you before a renewal. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel if it does not suit.
There is no refund when a subscription is cancelled part way through a year — the free trial exists so you can decide before paying. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
If a payment fails
We will try the card again and email you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, publishing stops and the account is locked. Your work is kept for 60 days from that point, so paying within that window puts everything back as it was.
What we can and cannot promise
Social Relay depends on other companies’ services. Posts can be delayed, refused or lost because a platform is down, has changed its rules, has rate-limited an account, or has withdrawn a permission. We show you the result of every delivery so you can see what happened, and we will always tell you the truth about a failure — but we cannot guarantee that a third party will accept a post, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.
To the extent the law allows, that is the limit of what we are responsible for. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
You can cancel whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account to protect the service, to comply with the law or a platform’s rules, or where it is being used for something it should not be. You can revoke our access from Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn directly at any time, and disconnecting a website removes its stored credentials.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions go to support@getsocialrelay.com, where a person reads them.
